This is proves that our reviews are real. It is against our policy to solicit paid for reviews. We do not engage in 3rd party services to delete 1 Star reviews. We welcome them as a way to improve services and to be better. Our replies allow prospective students to also understand our values. We don't reply to all 5 Star reviews but will always reply to our 1 Star reviews. You will see that our reviews are overwhelmingly 5 Stars. It is standard practice in the driving school industry to buy fake reviews. That is against our policy. There are schools less than 5 years old with over 500 reviews, all perfect 5 Stars. That is improbable and is quite insulting to the public. Happy, satisfied clients rarely review a business, only unsatisfied ones. we are the one of the oldest school in Etobicoke, almost 35 years, with only 300 reviews, because they are all real, unpaid feedbacks.
We don't work hard for 5 Star reviews. We get our satisfaction from training someone to be an outstanding driver, anyone, everyone, and we leave no one behind. We also understand that it is naïve to believe you can please everyone.
We are known for our flexibility. We will always book to your convenience; 7 days a week and holidays too if it is necessary for you to get your lessons.
Absolutely! We have trained students from all parts of the world. We also retrain licensed drivers who hasn't driven for various reasons and is now required to drive again. We also provide retraining for highways.
These are a big part of our training program, as well as retraining for senior drivers to retake their driving tests.
This is a very common issue in the industry, but it is not consider as a problem by us. We all have different personalities, and conflicts happen in all walks of life. At your request, we will discreetly reassign you. This reassignment can be initiated by the student or the instructor. Life carries on!
Yes! As far as we know, we are the only school with a defined policy on our website. We are also the most generous, allowing you to carry forward lessons up to 2-3 yrs if you are unable to complete your training from unforeseen circumstances.
Individual lessons are available, but we advocate packages because they are quite discounted and less costly than individual ones. Packages promote continuity as well as a form of commitment between you and your instructor where you will be prioritized. Individual lesson students often find themselves on waiting lists as students with a committed package gets priority.
You can always email, text or call us. We have a strict policy of returning your calls on a ASAP basis. This means sometimes immediately, as soon as possible, or the same day. We will reply even quite late into the day.
Instructors will not engage in a phone conversation unless it is under special circumstances:
The student's parent is calling.
There is an emergency from the instructor's home.
The instructor needs to call 911.
The instructor has to text a reply to a student with an urgent message who is waiting at a meeting place and unsure of time or location.
If such a need arises, your instructor will always use best practices; the car is stopped or is otherwise safe to do so.
